なるべく非オピオイドを優先に。リスクを上回るベネフィットの時のみ使用し、層で無い場合は中止すべき。オピオイドは最小量から開始し、 50mg/日まで増量考慮、他のオピオイド併用・ベンゾジアゼピン併用は避けるべき。３ヶ月毎に 。モニタリングシステム構築必要。オピオイド使用疾患に対するエビデンスに基づく治療整備必要。
