COVID-19:武漢（中国）コロナ肺炎に対し、各医療機関はどうするか？
オーバーシュート時、感染症専門機関以外でも対応迫られるだろう・・・

何にしろ、CPRに関する手順を各医療機関などで決めておく必要はありそうだ

さらに人工呼吸などの手順についても・・・
特に、high-flow nasal oxygen療法やマスクCPAP、BiPAPなどはエアロゾール感染生じる可能性あり、挿管を優先すべきというAHAからのガイダンス ( Comilla Sasson, MD, PhD, vice president for emergency cardiovascular care science and innovation at the AHA)

If possible, avoid procedures which generate aerosols, such as bag-valve mask, nebulizers and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.

For patients with acute respiratory failure, the AHA suggested proceeding directly to endotracheal intubation. Avoiding high-flow nasal oxygenation and mask continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP) will help reduce aerosol generation, it added.

Airborne Infection Isolation Rooms (AIIRs) で、エアロゾール発生するであろうCPRなどの手技は行われるべきなのだが・・・果たして、人工呼吸器同様、場所を確保できるかどうか？もちろんPPE装備の確保も・・・
