少なくとも、今回検討の短期的ヨガ介入においては、選択バイアスの問題とともに、心理的影響があるようだ。その内容はやや複雑で、自宅ヨガにおける最大肯定群の存在が心理的ポジティブ効果をかさ上げしている。一方、中間的肯定的評価群では、ヨガ教室介入の方がやや多い。
なんにしろ、導入期に教室に通うのは良いが、降圧効果を目的にするなら自宅ヨガが基本と考えるべきなのかもしれない。現時点での考察をしろと言われれば・・・
