全体で、351名研究完遂

一次解析にて、ベースラインから12週目のLog変換NT-proBNP値変化はvericiguat群と、プラシーボに有意差を認めず　
Vericiguat群：　Log変換　ベースライン　7.969; 12 週, 7.567; 差, −0.402; 幾何平均: ベースライン, 2890 pg/mL; 12週 1932 pg/mL)
プラシーボ群：　ベースライン, 8.283; 12 週, 8.002; 差, −0.280; 幾何平均: ベースライン, 3955 pg/mL; 12 週, 2988 pg/mL) (平均差, −0.122; 90% CI, −0.32 〜 0.07; 幾何平均比率　, 0.885, 90% CI, 0.73-1.08; P = .15)




探査的二次解析にて、vericiguat量とNT-proBNP値減少程度とに量依存関係を示唆 (P < .02)。

副作用比率は、プラシーボ　77.2％、vericiguat　10mg群　71.4％
