変形性関節症（OA）マネージメントに関する、 “strong” 及び “conditional” 推奨

手関節OAに対する、条件下マネージメント推奨モダリティーは、

・instruction in joint protection techniques　：関節保護テクニック・インストラクション

・provision of assistive devices　：補助具提供

・use of thermal modalities and trapeziometacarpal joint splints　：温熱療法、菱形中手骨関節スプリント

・use of oral and topical nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), tramadol, and topical capsaicin

膝関節OAに対する、強い推奨マネージメント非薬物的モダリティーは

・aerobic, aquatic, and/or resistance exercises

・weight loss for overweight patients

膝関節OAに対する、条件下推奨・非薬物的モダリティーは、
