USPSTF勧告：ＣＫＤ検診ベネフィット・リスク結論づけできず

このステートメント、 ＣＫＤ検診に関してネガティブな報告が目立っていたので、驚きはない。

カナダ：ＣＫＤ検診にコスト効果なし 2010年 11月 19日

無症状で、糖尿病・高血圧のない場合の話で、日本などで行われている、“住民検診や人間ドック”など無エビデンスベースの検診などが対象の話。


CKDの患者の48％は糖尿病あり、91％は高血圧を有しているというUSPSTFステートメントもあり、これら疾患のマネージメントは対象としない話である。

慢性疾患マネージメント目的のCKD検査・モニタリングやCKDと関係が深い糖尿病・高血圧患者での検査・モニタリングには適応されない。

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) makes recommendations about the effectiveness of specific clinical preventive services for patients without related signs or symptoms.

It bases its recommendations on the evidence of both the benefits and harms of the service and an assessment of the balance. The USPSTF does not consider the costs of providing a service in this assessment.
